We are seeking an experienced Lead IT Help Desk Analyst to join our Information Technology Support Department. Lead IT Help Desk Analyst – Information Technology – Medical Manufacturing

Responsibilities

As the Lead Help Desk Analyst you will provide professional and efficient hands on Information Technology support for the corporate office, remote sites, remote employees, and visitors. Y

Other responsibilities of the Lead Help Desk Analyst include:

  • Serve as the primary support person for the Executive Leadership Team.

  • Serve as the top escalation point within the Help Desk Team.

  • Be Respectful and courteous in all interactions with a customer focus.

  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and excellent listening skills.

  • Employee experienced problem solving skills to provide satisfactory resolution of technical issues.

  • Multitask effectively during busy times, exercise patience and professionalism during stressful situations.

  • Train and mentor other team members.

  • Conduct end user training in person and over the web.

  • Promptly respond to requests for assistance received in person, over the phone, through email, or through the Help Desk System.

  • Use good documentation to capture problems and resolutions using the Help Desk System.

  • Manage, prioritize, and escalate work using the Help Desk System.

  • Ensure Help Desk tickets are distributed and assigned to the appropriate support teams.

  • Demonstrating courteousness in all interactions, strong customer focus, excellent listening skills, the desire to learn, and a positive attitude

Lead Help Desk Analyst – Information Technology – Medical Manufacturing

Qualifications

Qualified candidates of the Lead IT Help Desk Analyst role will have strong technical experience, effective communication skills, and excellent problem solving abilities. We are looking for a highly organized Help Desk Support Analyst with a proven ability to provide excellent customer service.

Other requirements of the IT Help Desk Analyst position include:

  • Two-Year Certificate from a college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and/or experience

  • Associate’s Degree, preferred

  • Familiarity with help desk and technical support practices and procedures

  • Experience using help desk tracking and reporting software

  • ITIL Foundation, p referred

  • Accomplished Senior Help Desk professional with 8+ years experience in Computer Operation, Technical support, and Help Desk support.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Experience with PC operating systems

  • Ability to research issues with limited information

  • Remote access and remote control experience
