Immucor, Inc. Human Resources Specialist in Norcross, Georgia
We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for recruitment, vendor relationships with staffing agencies and MSP (contingent workforce), onboarding & retention, and employee relations at our Norcross facility. You will serve as an advocate for our core values and influence talent management initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills with a customer service mindset, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Administration of full-lifecycle recruiting for US sites using applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring EEO, AAP, and OFCCP compliance.
In conjunction with Manager, Human Resources - Corporate, develop recruitment strategies and plans to attract a qualified pool of diverse applicants to fill open positions.
Develop and maintain networks of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
Promote use of employee referral program to attract candidates and reduce recruiting costs.
Coordinate with managers on applicant selection and provide ATS user training.
Conduct interviews to ensure quality hires and positive candidate experience.
Create offer letters and extend employment offers.
Coordinate with our background and drug test vendor to ensure all pre-employment requirements are met.
Build relationships with hiring managers and serve as a resource for compensation and hiring inquiries.
Interact with staffing/contingent worker agencies to ensure Immucor is receiving well qualified candidates to meet our business requirements.
Serve as the first point of contact for Norcross employee relations questions.
Support our corporate values, contribute to building a positive culture, and promote on-campus events.
Coordinate with Compensation regarding recommended changes based on market data.
Track metrics on recruiting efforts and results.
Provide backup for Human Resources Coordinator responsibilities.
Participate in and provide backup for monthly new hire orientation.
All other duties as assigned.

2-3 years of HR experience
Bachelor's Degree required
Successful track record in full lifecycle recruiting.
Experience with iCIMS or other applicant tracking system.
Strategic use of social media to attract qualified candidates for job postings.
Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of role.
Proficient computer skills including MS Office, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Solid understanding of employment law and affirmative action.
Team player mindset with the ability to assist other HR team members.
